Your request for custom patches has been received. We will get back to you within one business day. In the meantime here are a few things that we will be asking for in addition to the information provided in the form you just filled out.
Your logo or artwork in an editable vector format. Typically a file ending in .ai or .eps will do the trick, some .pdf and .svg may work as well depending on how they were saved and what program it was designed in. You can request these files from your graphic designer. Some designers may not be comfortable sending editable files directly to their customers, if this is the case you can ask your designer to email the artwork directly to us at info@sausagedoghats.ca with a reference to your business so that we know who the artwork is for!
If you did not provide your full shipping address in the previous form we will need it. This includes contact name, address, city, province/territory, postal code, and a contact phone number. All of this information is required by our shipping carriers before we can send you your order
If you have not yet taken a chance to look at the different types of patches we offer please take a quick look at our
patches. We will help guide you and make recommendations based on your artwork but it will be beneficial for everyone if you know our offerings and the difference between the different styles of patches and labels. Additionally on the patches page you will find approximate estimated production times so you can have an idea of when you may receive your order.
If you've got all of that information sorted out you are good to go! In the mean time just sit back and wait for our reply.
