Choosing the right patch type to complement both your design and the type of hat you've chosen is an integral part of how the final product really comes together. We can source all kinds of patch styles to perfectly match your vision and offer a range of special add-on's to really help make your patch pop!
All of our patches are hand stitched in house. Heat application is available for select styles of patches, however the longevity of any heat applied product is not guranteed.

Nothing quite beats the look of a genuine leather patch hand stitched onto your hats. These patches are available in 13 different colours of leather and can be cut into custom shapes with the design debossed into the leather. Custom Pantone matched colour fills are also available. Debossed leather patches are a great option for high quantity orders, and jobs that require colour specific, or multi colour designs.
Laser engraved genuine leather patches certainly have the most authentic look of our leather patch options. They come in three colours, and can be finished in satin or gloss. The laser process allows for very fine detail retention compared to debossed patches but we cannot do any sort of custom printed colours on the patch. Laser engraved leather patches are a great option for smaller orders, or jobs requiring aquicker turnaround time.
When you're thinking retro trucker patch hat this is what you're looking for! Our standard embroidered patches can be completed in a variety of shapes and sizes. These patches are made with 100% polyester twill and threads, and are finished with an authentic merrow border. Embroidered patches are a great option for medium to large size orders, and those who are looking for a classic look without an incredible amount of detail.
Woven patches are a fantastic option for highly detailed designs that would otherwise not be possible with embroidered patches. Woven patches can retain details approximately half as small as what an embroidered patch can. Woven patches are best to be made with simple shapes and a merrow border but can also be finished with a stitched border for slightly more complex patch shapes. Woven patches are a great option for orders of any size as they are one of the most inexpensive patch options.
PVC patches are a more modern and sleek looking way to display your design on a hat. A custom mold is created and then liquid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is injected into the mold and cured at extremely high temperatures creating an extremely durable, flexible, fade resistant, and water resistant emblem! PVC patches area great option for high quantity orders, jobs that have bold, solid colour artwork, and customers who require a durable, weather proof patch.
Laser engraved leatherette patches have grown massively in popularity in recent years and are one of the most popular patch styles on the market. The engraving process allows for high detail designs, plus these patches are available in a wide range of colours and styles! (We currently offer 25!). Overly complex shaped patches cannot be sewn on and therefore must be heat applied. Laser engraved leatherette patches are a great option for low quantity orders, customers who are looking for a "vegan" leather option, and jobs that require a bit of a quicker turnaround.
If you're looking for something a bit different with a more natural, eco, look and feel then an engraved cork patch should be right up your alley! These cork patches are laser engraved to achieve high detail and custom, intricate shapes. Overly complex shaped patches cannot be sewn on and therefore must be heat applied. Cork patches are a great option for low quantity orders, and jobs that require a bit of a quicker turnaround.
Sublimated patches are a great option if you have a full colour, or extremely high detail design that cannot be replicated with any of our other patch styles. The design is digitally printed onto a transfer paper and then pressed onto the patch, they are then typically finished with a merrow border. Sublimated patches are a great option for designs that cannot be accurately replicated with any other patch style, and medium to large size orders.
Get those summery, beach vibes going with a replicated bamboo texture patch. The main face is a synthetic bamboo texture that when engraved reveals a contrasting solid black colour. The laser engraving process allows for high detail retention. Overly complex shaped patches cannot be sewn on and therefore must be heat applied. Faux bamboo patches are a great option for low quantity orders, and jobs that require a bit of a quicker turnaround.
Woven labels are a great options for beanies and toques. These labels hold high amounts of detail making them an option for designs of all sorts. Woven labels are hot cut to reduce any chances of fraying are often sewn on in the form of a flat label centred on the front of a beanie, or a clip label that folds over the edge. Woven labels are a great option for orders of all sizes, and are best suited with knit hat styles, or as secondary decoration for other styles of hats, like a fold over label on the side of a trucker hat.

Printed transfers are a fantastic option for putting a full colour printed looking logo on a hat. Note that these transfers cannot go over seams so they are best on 5 panel hats, and foam trucker hats.
